Our little gnome has been named!

our main little guy was named by Linda Tenney;  BOOKER  he is!

But wait!  We have 8 others that needed to be named!

Those names are;  TEEB, SNICKLE FITZ;  SPROUT;  BIRDSONG; PIP;  SQUEAK;  WILFRED;   &  FINNEOUS.

Congratulations to all winners.  We had fun doing the contest and I’m sure everyone had fun naming them and also being creative.

Stay tuned…. our little guy SNICKLE FITZ is travelling around the world with our own volunteer Liam.  so he will be sending emails and photos back to us on how their travels are going!

The Name the Gnome contest is about to end.  We have had some very interesting names being given our little guys!

It has been a fun time letting our customers think of wild and creative names.  The most fun is when  one of our younger customers come in,

and give their intersting names to the effort.  Thank you to all the youngesters of Parksville who have come in to join in our contest.

The contest will be going on until April 30th.  Then we will be picking out the names of our favorites.  We will then let the winners know.

REMEMBER!!!  THINK OF A NAME, AND BE CREATIVE.  Before time runs out!  25$ in store credit to our winner!

Just to let everyone know.  Our hardcover sale will be over on April 30th.  So, if you haven’t taken advantage of this great  deal, come in before

This week we decided to do a feature of the author Jeffery Deaver.

We have quite a few of his books, so it seems to be a good time.

Jeffery Deaver is a mystery writer for all those like a good suspense mystery.

Some other authors who are like Jeffery Deaver are;  Keith Ablow, John Connolly, David Baldacci, William  Diehl, and Jonathan Kellerman, just to name a few.

Hello Everyone,

Happy Friday!

We are starting a Name the Gnome Contest.  Soon we will be having a friendly gnome in the store for people to see.  But alas,  this poor little guy needs a name once he has found his new home.

He’s a cute little guy.  So think of a great name that will suit him.  Think outside of the box, be creative!
